We are honored to offer different varieties of real estate's property
assessment services in Macao
(including housing, stores, bazaars, factory buildings, offices, parking lots,
villas, lands and the whole buildings), welcome to entrust us at any time.
Assessment report
Our company will offer written report; customers can choose to use
either Chinese or English, and it will only take 2 or 3 working days
to finish the report. If it is a report on a piece of land or the whole
building without the blocks' registration, the report will be finished
about 10 working days.
- Each unit charges MOP1,800.00 (except shop);
- Each shop charges from MOP3,000.00 to MOP5,000.00;
- Estimation fee of land or whole building depends on the amount of the valuation, minimum charge is MOP5,000.00, maximum charge is MOP150,000.00;
- Special discount offers for generous services.
- The applicant has to pay 50% deposit according to the minimum charge aforesaid, except point B and C.
- The valuation report needs to be taken out within 1 month, otherwise the report will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Service charge are subject to change without prior notice.
